Our Little Picaso

Has really taken a liking to coloring, and hamming it up for the camera. He spent about 2 hours over the course of this past Saturday coloring pictures. So sweet to see him engaged in art- I guess he gets it honestly.  =)

More than just good food

When Grandma and Grandpa came to visit we took them to have Barbecue for the first time. We took them to the County Line which in my opinion has better ambiance then food. It was an absolutely beautiful day, and I think we spent more time outside feeding the turtles than we did in the restaurant- my idea of fun! We only had to take off because it started raining. I think we might just have to go back for the outdoor fun!

Like Mother, Like Son

He loves to be out doors!!! Especially when there is wildlife around.

It's very sweet that he is starting to figure out where he is at these days, and he definitely knows he is at his Grandma and Granddaddy's house when he sees the ducks.

Popsicles...

are a great teething tool- that is IF you use it correctly and don't get a brain freeze. He really enjoyed his first popsicle as you can see.

Is it too early for crayons?

So far- so good... we shall wait and see!

This is how we ROLL!

Will got a wagon for his birthday, and daddy finally put it together after the make shift "teed-er dodder" had grown...old- now he likes that it rolls!

It's not a Saturday morning without scones!

A new family tradition is to wake up and make scones together. Will knows exactly where they are kept, and the procedure:
1) pop open the tube
2) places scones on the baking sheet
3) sprinkle with sugar
4) bake for 20 minutes
Then the fussing begins because no one wants to wait! They are so yummy!  :)
